What to know before booking.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is four guests, including children.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is 3:00 PM Maui time. Check-out is 11:00 AM Maui time.
Smoking
Unit 304 and the lanai are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated resort smoking areas.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on Kuleana property.
Age restriction
The agreement does not allow rentals to vacationing students or singles under age 21 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
Payment & confirmation
An advance payment is required when booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Exact rates, taxes, fees and payment instructions are provided with the direct quote and rental agreement.
Arrival/access instructions are provided after final payment. An inquiry alone does not hold or confirm dates.
Current agreement schedule
60 days or more before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid.
30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before arrival: the current agreement provides no refund unless the condo is re-rented for the dates paid.
Platform-specific VRBO/HomeAway fee, insurance and damage-protection language from the older agreement is not presented here as a term of a direct website booking. Confirm the cancellation terms in the rental agreement issued for your reservation.
Parking, housekeeping & house rules.
Parking
A complimentary parking pass is obtained from Kuleana Security and must be displayed as directed.
Housekeeping
Linens and bath towels are included. Daily maid service is not included. Guest laundry facilities are available at the resort.
House rules
Guests are responsible for reasonable care of the condo and must follow Kuleana Resort house rules during their stay.
